Advantage Consulting Services Pty Ltd began operation in May 1992. It provides business management, human resource management and business development services for a large number of public and private sectors clients.

Advantage Consulting Services has extensive consulting experience in manager development, change management, human resource development, career management, workplace coaching and psychometric assessment.

Ownership and management

Advantage Consulting Services’Managing Director, Graeme Davies, is an international business and human resource management consultant specializing in strategic and operational business management services. He has more than twenty-six years’ experience in building business and manager capability, developing and implementing business management systems and providing change management, manager development and training services to large, medium and small business, and to the private sector and to federal, state and local governments. He is the author of several books and many programs and manuals. Graeme is also a registered psychologist, career consultant and educator and has post-graduate qualifications in psychology and education.

Consultants

All our client work is managed by senior consultants who are qualified, experienced and capable in the area. These project managers can point to a successful track record and we can provide existing and previous clients to confirm our capability. They are also experienced in applying our project and quality systems, which ensure that the outcomes you require are delivered on time and within budget.

We also use experienced consultants who are familiar with our systems and processes for some projects. These consultants work under the direction of our senior consultants.

Experience + qualifications

All our consultants have professional qualifications in their areas of expertise. These qualifications include registered psychologists and career counsellors who are members of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors, and human resource professionals with university qualifications in human resource management or organisational psychology.
