For many clients it is very helpful to participate in a formal, structured career assessment that assists in identifying future career direction. We use a combination of online personality assessments (e.g. the Five Factor Model) to identify a client’s core competencies and workplace preferences. Clients then undertake interactive computer program that generates a range of career options based upon interests and preferences. An action plan can then be developed to identify steps to research these options.
