As a division of Advantage Consulting Services, we are also able to assist your managers to conduct your own recruitment and selection of internal and external applicants to fill vacancies.

Our Employment placement service

Through our recruitment processes, we often discover exceptional candidates who we believe may be suited to employment in your business. Their employment may provide you with additional capability or a competitive advantage.

Our placement service matches these candidates to your business needs.
This service ensures that when exceptional candidates are identified, you are immediately notified of their background and given the opportunity to interview them.

After you agree to meet them, and before we refer them to you, we conduct the necessary interviews, screening and assessment processes and produce a candidate report.

We believe that this is a service that will be of real benefit to your business.
Once introduced they may be interviewed or considered for appointment at any time.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth) and the National Privacy Principles established in the Privacy (Private Sector) Amendment Act 2000. We have systems in place to protect your privacy whenever we collect, store, use or disclose your personal information.

Recruitment Advantage collects information about candidates during the registration and ongoing representation of the candidate to our clients. This information may include, but is not restricted to, your resume, references, work samples, performance information, and assessment reports. We respect our candidates’ privacy, and the confidentiality of information they provide to us, or that we obtain. However we also acknowledge that this information is provided to us in support of their application for employment.

As such we consider that this information is provided or obtained on the basis that it may be passed on to prospective employers, either in whole or in part. We will not seek further permission from you to pass this information on to other relevant parties unless you specifically request us to do so. We pass on this information in a form that, in our professional judgement, provides a fair and accurate representation of you for the prospective employer.
